- **Rooftop Solar**: On-grid net metering and hybrid systems on GI shed, RCC, and pre-engineered building substrates. Capacity range: 50 kWp to 5+ MWp.

### Investment Models

- **CAPEX**: Client funds and owns the solar asset from day one. Benefits from India's 40% accelerated depreciation in Year 1.
- **RESCO / OPEX**: Zero upfront capital. Solken finances, installs, and manages the system. Client pays only for clean energy consumed at tariffs below the prevailing grid rate.
- **Leased Asset**: Fixed monthly payments over a defined contract term, with a buyout option at the end.

### Energy Efficiency (ESCO)

- **Bioenergy-as-a-Service**: Biomass-based trigeneration producing electricity, heating, and cooling from a single input — delivered under an ESCO model, zero capex for the client.
- **Cooling-as-a-Service**: High-efficiency industrial chiller replacement with full O&M outsourcing and a pay-per-consumption model.

## EPC Process (6 Steps)

1. **Pre-Assessment** — Data-backed techno-commercial analysis: load profile, site conditions, shadow analysis, applicable state policies (net metering, open access, accelerated depreciation), long-term energy objectives.
2. **Engineering & Design** — Tailored system design: capacity sizing, single-line diagrams (SLDs), structural and civil drawings, shadow-free module layout, built-in redundancies.
3. **Procurement** — Direct sourcing from vetted Tier-1 global and domestic suppliers. Every item is traceable, warranted, and fit for a 25-year operational commitment.
4. **Installation & Testing** — Dedicated on-site project manager and engineering team. Qualified EHS officer present from day one of construction through commissioning. Zero-tolerance safety protocol.
5. **Commissioning & Handover** — Go-live only after 100% KPI verification under live operating conditions. Includes client operator training, full technical documentation, and DISCOM/regulatory compliance records.
6. **Monitoring & O&M** — Centralised real-time dashboard tracking generation data, inverter performance, string-level faults, and Performance Ratio (PR). Sub-24-hour MTTR SLA for all critical faults. Periodic preventive maintenance, cleaning schedules, and annual thermal imaging inspections.
